Parliamentary Transatlantic Forum on December 7-8, 2009, organized by
the University's Institute for National Strategic Studies, the NATO
Parliamentary Assembly, and the Atlantic Council of United States. Dr.
Madeleine Korbel Albright, who served first as U.S. Ambassador to the
United Nations and then as Secretary of State under President Bill
Clinton, addressed the Forum during the session "Addressing Emerging
